The goal of this training is for you to understand our basic activity principles so that you :
- Understand the results and reports more easily
- Understand the pluses and limitations of our processes
- Knowing how to appropriate tools for your need (materials and/or software) when you make an investment or sub-contract
- Understand notions of cost and timeline
